At Ducks in a row we spend time helping our clients to understand their current levels of performance that way they can gain clarity about where you they want to be and the route to get there.
Our approach starts using a simple diagnostic tool that is appropriate to the current situation and the perceived individual needs. This may include a simple questionnaire such as Myers Briggs or Good Boss. We help individuals to get to and really understand the route of their challenges, this way together we can put in place an individual Coaching Programme that focuses on both the needs of the business and the needs of the individual.
Coaching provides an environment where someone can address important areas linked to their performance and the results they wish to achieve. The one-to-one nature of coaching means that learning is targeted and it is approached in the most effective style for the individual.
Our coaches are there to help individuals to take ongoing action towards realising their goals in a supportive yet challenging environment. We work with individuals to ensure that they;
- Have outcomes that they are motivated to achieve
- Understand the issues that are currently limiting their performance
- Communicate with their line managers following coaching interventions so that their development can be supported in the workplace
- Take action to improve performance
