Sally Rixon is an Organisational & People Development specialist who has experience of directly formulating and managing high profile and complex change management and development projects.
Before setting up Ducks in a row ltd in 2006 Sally spent 17-years in large FMCG's. Starting as a management trainee her career has taken her into many facets of organisations in roles that included HR generalist, field management, employee relations expert, business integration executive and supply-chain development.
More latterly Sally was Head of Organisational Development for a large retailer. She has been responsible for delivering people strategies, developing leadership capability, implementing Performance Management systems and process, graduate development, the development of all line managers from the sales-floor through to the board and developing change frameworks.
Sally offers significant expertise in all aspects of HR and People Development.
She has a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Practitioner and is qualified to use a number of psychometric tests including the Firo-B and Myers Briggs Type Indicator, step I and step II. She always offers practical support in a professional but relaxed way to help her clients deliver the best possible results.
